- 1 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of black pepper
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1 cup of oil
- 2 dozen banana leaves
- Kitchen string or twine
Method Instructions

- In a large bowl, mix the corn masa mix with 1 cup of chicken broth, 1 cup of oil, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/2 tsp of black pepper. Knead the mixture until it is soft and pliable.
- In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and garlic until they are soft and translucent.
